Co-owner Frank L. Moore knows agriculture. In the past, Frank helped people with government programs from 15 years working for the Iowa Department of Agriculture and with the USDA’S Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). He also has detailed knowledge of the requirements for Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. He is an NRCS Technical Service Provider (TSP) and a Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) in both Iowa and Minnesota.
Frank uses GIS/GPS systems in all his planning. Frank also has a thorough knowledge of the connection between production agriculture and water quality issues. His farming operation has qualified for the Conservation Security Program, Tier 3.
Frank owns and operates a 2,000 acre corn and soybean farm in Howard County, Iowa. As a farmer, he has a practical, working knowledge of the issues and challenges that agricultural producers encounter every day.

Co-owner Beth Rachut specializes in Nutrient Management Planning. Beth previously worked for the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Iowa and Minnesota for 9 years and knows state and federal programs well. She worked with hundreds of producers in the CSP and EQIP programs and has good working knowledge of how those programs work. Previously, Beth worked extensively with nutrient management, cover crops and reduced tillage practices.
Beth also has extensive knowledge in mapping and the ArcGIS programs used to create maps.
Beth and her family own and operate a corn, soybean, sweet corn, retail and wholesale vegetable and livestock farms near Osage, Iowa.
